The Customer Category development manager will be responsible for defining and driving "how to win" strategies and JBPs/Partnerships with one of Germany's biggest customers across all channels within the customer (HM, SM, Discount, Drugstores).
How you will contribute
You will:
- Key contact for internal MDLZ CatDev teams to ensure translation of national category growth strategy into customer plans across all levers that drive category growth (promotion, assortment, communication)
- Key contact for CatMan teams within the customer to build advisory expertise for category growth within MDLZ categories & broader snacking
- Understanding and leveraging category, consumer, shopper, retailer insights as well as loyalty data and creating a compeling story to support strategies
- Monitoring and identifying mid/long term growth opportunities at channel and customer levels
